1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hooplo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Hooplo for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Content

Users are responsible for the content they post on Hooplo. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant Hooplo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content on the platform.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassing or intimidating other users
• Posting offensive or inappropriate content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
